1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ManagerHub website, application, and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
  • The Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

3) Platform Description

ManagerHub helps youth sports managers and coaches organize teams, locate tournaments and games, communicate with other users, and coordinate scheduling.

Some information displayed on the Platform may be provided by third parties or other users and may not be verified by us.

4) Accounts & Security

  • You must provide accurate and current account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share accounts, impersonate others, or access accounts that are not yours.
  • You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

5) Community Standards & Acceptable Use

ManagerHub is a professional space for scheduling and coordination. You agree to communicate respectfully and to use the Platform responsibly.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or abuse others.
  • Use hateful or discriminatory language, slurs, or targeted harassment.
  • Use excessive profanity, sexually explicit content, or graphic content.
  • Spam, scam, impersonate, or solicit sensitive information from users.
  • Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, access other users’ data, scrape private areas, or probe for vulnerabilities.
  • Introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform.

We may remove content and take action on accounts (warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination) if we believe you violate these Terms or create risk or harm.

6) User Content (Messages, Reviews, Posts)

You are responsible for any content you submit through the Platform (“User Content”), including messages, reviews, team details, and uploads.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict User Content to enforce these Terms, protect users, and comply with law. The Platform is not required to monitor all content, and we do not guarantee we will catch everything.

7) Athlete / Team Information & Minors

If you enter information about athletes or minors, you represent that you have the legal right to provide that information (for example, as a coach/manager or with appropriate permission).

Do not upload sensitive personal information (e.g., home addresses, medical information, government IDs, or private contact details for minors).

If we believe content includes sensitive minor information, we may remove it and restrict the account to protect users.

8) Reporting & Safety

If you see abusive content, suspicious behavior, or safety concerns, report it. We may investigate and take action, including removing content or restricting accounts.

False or abusive reporting may also result in restrictions.

9) Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

10) Third-Party Content & Links

The Platform may display content from third parties (including tournaments, venues, or user-submitted information) or link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

11) Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be removed.

12) Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform.

We are not responsible for scheduling conflicts, tournament outcomes, disputes between users, travel issues, or the accuracy of third-party or user-submitted content.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform operator from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Platform or other users.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice within the Platform. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Platform operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
